Pearl Island Beach Day

A short, 30-minute boat ride off the coast of Nassau is Pearl Island, one of the most unique private islands in the Bahamas. The spot offers a variety of activities like water trampolines, kayaks, and stand-up paddleboards. Snorkel in the colorful protected coral reef just a few feet off shore. Or, if you prefer to relax amidst tropical ocean breezes in front of the iconic lighthouse, grab a frozen drink or a conch salad made right in front of you. There is also the opportunity to celebrate your special day of saying “I do” on the stunning and secluded white sandy beach.

Fly down an enormous waterslide or take the scenic route along the mile-long river ride, filled with active rapids. Be sure to catch a tour of the archaeological “ruins” of Atlantis and excavations known as The Dig.

Swim in the lagoon, relax on the beach, check out the Dolphin Encounter, or do nothing but watch the coconut palms sway as you lounge in a double hammock.
