As the centerpiece of the culinary program, the sophisticated dining room, complete with a signature grand staircase, serves three meals a day—all with a side of sweeping views of the Alaskan wilderness and impeccable, attentive service. Here in Alaska, salmon and other types of local fish and seafood are menu staples, but you can also savor succulent entrées such as rack of lamb and slow-roasted prime rib, along with new offerings like premium beef sliders and entrée dinner salads. The variety of heart-healthy, gluten-free, and lactose-free options has also increased—there are even guilt-free desserts like low-fat shortcakes and sugar-free key lime pies. The classics menu, available every night, features guest favorites such as escargot and linguine pomodoro. After all, they are classics for a reason.
