A family business with a passion for seafood, owned by Ramon and Linda Pimienta. What started as a small retail shop at the old wharf of Aruba gradually converted into a take-away seafood restaurant, due to customer demand. A bond with the local Aruban fisherman, a passion for seafood, and dedication to quality gave birth to “The Old Fisherman.” Twenty years later, it’s still known for good old-fashioned Aruban cooking using only fresh, local seafood. Shrimp, catch of the day, whole fish red snapper or grouper, conch, and soups. Also, steak, chicken, and pasta.
