Bring milk to a simmer over medium heat. Combine the turmeric, coconut sugar, and coconut oil in a blender and blend on high. Mix the blender concoction and the milk, whisking until it’s creamy. Add the black pepper on top.
Combine almond milk, turmeric, and optional coconut oil in a pan. Bring to a boil. Whisk the mixture together. Set on low simmer for 5 to 10 minutes. Pour mixture into a cup. Add optional sugar to taste. Add black pepper and optional grated ginger to the top.
Whisk milk, turmeric, palm sugar, ginger, lemon juice, cardamom, and salt in a small bowl until sugar and salt have dissolved; let sit 5 minutes to let flavors meld. Strain through a fine-mesh sieve into a measuring cup, pressing on solids to extract juices; discard solids. Fill a glass with ice. Pour latte over and serve with lemon wedge.
